A complete project routine is in 6 stages, and we will take care of the design, the paperwork, the construction, and the final setup.

OUR 6-STAGED SERVICES

THE MAIN CONCEPT

We will help you define a clear vision.

This includes the theme, colours, layouts and key features.

We will provide you with a Feasibility Report and define your timeline and budget with you.

THE DESIGN

We will sketch, draw and visualise your concept.

We collaborate with the in-house engineers and builders for their feedback. We will invite all of your thoughts and feedback to improve the design. You will get a Sketch Package for the design stage.

VISUALISATION

We will visualise the design in all 3D formats: renders, walk-throughs, and a virtual tour. We improve the design in details with your feedback through this process.

THE DEVELOPMENT : technical and details

We will create a detailed drawings package to suit regulations.

We will submit for planning application, building control and the landlord (if applicable).

PRE-CONSTRUCTION

We will provide you with a fixed-priced quote, and a detailed construction programme. We will coordinate with the landlord with a pre-construction package, and prepare the site ready.

CONSTRUCTION & SIGN-OFF

A dedicated project manager and site manager will look after the construction. We will invite you for regular site visits, with our records of progress log provided online weekly. This is the stage where you can just relax and look forward to the final result.

We are also happy to take just the design stages (1-4) or just the construction stages (5-6). We aim for the highest build quality, and timely deliveries. Read about our work approach to see how we work.
